Book our Gallery Room for your next get together.

We believe the spirit and tradition of our cuisine is best experienced as a family-style dinner, complete with toasting, passing plates, and plenty of vodka, which is why we love accommodating large groups! We’ll work with you to create a menu, cover your table in zakuski, and keep the vodka flowing.

LARGE PARTY POLICIES

  • For parties of 12 or more, we invite you to pick from our selection of curated menu packages. Our set menu options start at $60 per person. These packages were thoughtfully designed to offer you and your guests a unique experience that we hope you’ll enjoy. Please note that we are happy to work with you on customizing your event so feel to reach out to events@kachkpdx.com with any questions.

  • While there is no fee to rent the space, we do have a food and beverage minimum that ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 depending on the day of the week, and how long you wanted to rent the space.

  • At Kachka, the Gallery Room is available to book Friday & Saturdays for full or half evening rentals. Sunday-Thursday we offer open seat times.

  • All menus include dessert.

  • The set menu does not include drinks or service fee.

  • All parties will have a 22% service fee added to their check in lieu of tipping. Please visit our Wage Equity page to learn more here.

  • We require a non refundable $50 booking fee and a 10% deposit at time of booking. We ask for 72 hours notice for any cancellation. In the event that you need to cancel with less than 72 hours kachka will retain the deposit.

  • Menu selection and party size can be changed up to 3 days in advance of the reservation.

  • We allow up to 2 bottles of outside wines (750ml) to be brought in, or 1 magnum. They are subject to a $20 per bottle corkage fee.

  • You are welcome to bring outside desserts to your reservation: however, they are subject to a $3 per person cake cutting fee. All outside desserts must be prepared in a commercial kitchen.

BUYOUTS

  • For celebrations with more than 40 guests, the restaurant is available for full and partial buyouts.

  • Restaurant buyouts can be booked over 60 days in advance, but must have at least 30 days notice.

  • The Gallery Room, Lounge, and Main Dining Room are all available—individually or collectively—for buyouts.

  • Buyout policies vary, depending on the size of party, date, and rooms occupied. Fill the form out above and we’ll be in touch!
